on guitar, Mark Dodge on bass, Chris Leighton on drums, and the hot sax of Keith Stone bring you unique
arrangements with roots in Blues, R&B, Rock and more.

Mary Ellen’s early career included stage performance in musical theater and classical music in Utah. With
later inspiration by the likes of Etta James, Koko Taylor, Janis Joplin, Lucinda Williams, and Shemekia
Copeland.

Mary Ellen Lykins and C.C. Adams have been collaborating on musical projects for 10 years. Everything from a
nuanced guitar/vocal Duo to the five piece group and studio work. An album of all original songs written by
CC Adams and Mary Ellen Lykins, “Let’s Play With Matches” was released in 2019.
