Utopian Monk Revival

The Utopian Monk Revival was the NUMBER ONE band in Anacortes in the 1960’s, and after a 50 year hiatus pursuing solo music careers, they’ve reformed! Joined by all star drummer Braydn Krueger (The Lonely Forest), Utopian Monk play a wide variety of tunes for both listening and dancing, but their basic style is raw country and Texas roots music, played in the tradition of the great Texas storytellers. They play an entertaining mix of songs by artists like Lyle Lovett, Rodney Crowell, Guy Clark, Alison Krauss, Glen Campbell and many more.
