DESCRIPTION:Danny’s musical journey has taken him through a diverse range of locations and musical styles performing classic covers plus traditional Hawaiian, Hawaiian Contemporary and Slack Key guitar.\nHis path led him to California, where made a stop in Los Angeles and played at the Improv on Melrose and the Palomino Club in Burbank. Leaving to Santa Cruz he gigged at venues like Positively Front Street, The Catalyst, The Cooper House, Babbling Brook, and more. He then moved to Laguna Beach, where he performed at the Sawdust Festival as a Busker and opened for the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, also performing in surrounding towns Dana Pt. and San Clemente at the Quiet Woman, Jolly Roger, Wind & Sea, Barrels. His journey continued to Florida’s Cocoa Beach, where he played at various venues, including The Thirsty Turtle, Beach Shack, Art Festivals, Dive and Beach bars.\nDanny eventually returned to the Hawaiian Islands, specifically Maui, in the early 80s. He played at numerous top venues in Lahaina, such as Whales Tale, the Blue Max, Longhis, Blackbeards, Pioneer Hotel, Nimbles. His gigs included whale watching, sunset happy hours, solo acoustic performances. In a unique twist, he joined a Hawaiian Trio on a 7-day cruise, 4 months on 2 months off each rotation around the Hawaiian Islands aboard the SS Independence and the SS Constitution.\n
