Great News! Due to recent guidelines established for Washington restaurants, The Rockfish is now able to open up our dining room at 25% capacity!
Current regulations require interior dining rooms to have enough air flowing moving through their spaces to keep CO2 levels at a maximum of 50ppm above their normal unoccupied level. CO2 values must be continuously monitored to ensure adequate exchange with outdoor air to adjust seating and air flow as needed.
To accommodate this, our doors and windows will be open and interior temperature will be maintained for comfort. Plus CO2 meters will be placed around the dining room to continuously monitor levels. We will be observing 6 foot distancing, 25% indoor capacity, face coverings, sanitation and any other requirements established by the Department of Health to insure the safety of our customers and staff.
We will of course continue to offer outdoor dining under our heated big top.
We are all happy to be moving forward as an industry, and we're especially excited to welcome you back to The Rockfish dining room!
